CASCADE TOTE RENTALS
TERMS OF SERVICELast Updated: June 18, 2026Welcome to Cascade Tote Rentals. By renting equipment from Cascade Tote Rentals ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following Terms of Service.1. RENTAL SERVICESCascade Tote Rentals provides reusable moving totes, dollies, hand trucks, labeling supplies, and related moving equipment for temporary rental.All rentals are subject to availability.2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIESCustomers agree to:• Use all rental equipment in a safe and reasonable manner.
• Protect equipment from theft, loss, damage, and misuse.
• Return all equipment by the agreed pickup date.
• Notify Cascade Tote Rentals of any damage, loss, or issues immediately.3. RENTAL PERIODSRental periods begin on the delivery date and end on the scheduled pickup date.Requests for rental extensions must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date and are subject to availability and additional fees.4. PAYMENT TERMSPayment is due according to the rental package selected.Customers authorize Cascade Tote Rentals to charge any unpaid rental balances, approved extension fees, cleaning fees, late fees, or replacement costs to the payment method provided.5. LOST OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENTCustomers are responsible for the replacement cost of any equipment that is lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.Current replacement costs may include:• Rental Tote: $35 each
• Lid: $10 each
• Dolly: $75 each
• Heavy Duty Hand Truck: $150 eachReplacement costs may be adjusted based on actual replacement pricing.6. LATE RETURNSEquipment not available for pickup on the scheduled date may incur additional rental charges, late fees, or replacement costs.7. REFUNDSRental fees are generally non-refundable once equipment has been delivered.Refund requests made before delivery may be considered on a case-by-case basis.Security deposits, when collected, may be refunded after all equipment has been returned and inspected.8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYCascade Tote Rentals shall not be liable for:• Damage to personal property
• Injuries resulting from misuse of rental equipment
• Loss of contents stored within totes
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control9. INDEMNIFICATIONCustomers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cascade Tote Rentals and its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the customer's use of rental equipment.10. PRIVACYCustomer information is collected solely for rental processing, payment processing, customer service, and operational purposes.We do not sell customer information to third parties.11. GOVERNING LAWThese Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.12.
